Our online shop is intended solely for product research and for submitting inquiries. No purchases can be made directly via this website.
When you submit an inquiry, we process:
- Required: Email address
- Optional: Name, company/institution, address, phone number, and any additional information you provide
The data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
If, when submitting your inquiry, you also tick the Newsletter checkbox, your email address (and, if provided, your name) will additionally be processed for the purpose of sending our email newsletter in accordance with section 6 of this Privacy Policy, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We store your personal data only as long as necessary to process your inquiry. Once the purpose no longer applies, your data will be deleted unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.
